If a small piece of meat is sticky and spicy, it is good. Standard glaze consisting of; honey, ketchup, smoked paprika, red wine vinegar, mustard, chilli sauce, garlic, seasoning. Pretty much anything goes. Make sure you cook it down enough to turn it into a sticky paste. Pop it in the oven to cook but finish off under the grill to get the slightly burnt goodness. Enjoy with beer and an extra dipping sauce.
