Herman the Sourdough Chapter 2

Like a doting father I check on Herman every morning, and our Bavarian friend is getting bigger and bigger. Time for phase 2. Flour, milk and sugar. Not sure if I was supposed to use white sugar or not, only had brown. And I also prefer brown sugar. So there. Mix well and leave for another couple of days.
