Spicy Chicken Wings: The Next Day

Super happy with how they turned out! Where it was a relatively “dry” marinade, all the chicken was beautifully coated and crisped up nicely (1 hour at 180 pre-heated). Time to crack open a beer.

    Hey Charlie! Awesome blog man, been reading through all your past posts. Love the look of the chilli jam, any idea where you can get it from round here?!? Been to a few of the independent stores in southsea, can’t seem to find it anywhere…

      Hey Luke, the chilli jam was in fact a present from a mate, it came from Bill’s in Brighton. Not 100% sure where we could find one similar round here, am guessing either Akrams or even Waitrose on Marmion, must be something somewhere! Thanks for the message!
