A Change In The Wind.

Cinnamon, mace, cloves and star annis. Straight from Saint Lucia courtesy of my uncle. For a little while now my attention has been turned towards Caribbean food; I feel like I have done Thai, and to a lesser extent, Indian to death. And being a huge fan of anything scotch bonnet based, it has been a pretty natural transition.
