Starting my marinade early for a birthday BBQ on Sunday, using any and all ingredients in the cupboard. I trimmed the pork whilst still in a semi-frozen state for ease of use, then created this simple marinade in mixing bowl whilst tasting as I went on. It’s quite important to get a balanced salt / sweet / chilli combo in asiatic cuisine. Place in the ever handy freezer bag for uniform marinating. Looking forward to the results.
