Nothing quite like extending a birthday with a family BBQ. More babies and asiatic marinated pork belly rather than pubs and clubs these days. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
Babies and pork belly …. sounds liike a menu from Silence of the lambs. Quite a leap from the lobster thermidor which, belatedly, I thought really a really good recipe post ( oh, and an excellent choice of beurre if I may say so .. these small things really do matter 😊 )
So from homard to humain (albeit the petit variety) ….. c’est la vie Southsea ……
PS I’ll soon be following you North from SW France back to Southsea (full time!) so will look forward to revisiting your posts and trying out some of the places you have reviewed in the past…. well the good ones anyway!
