Arepas, Palmerston Road Market.

This was a bit of an unexpected one. I was casually strolling down Palmerston Road, feeling a tad hungry, when lo and behold; a South American food stand. Surely a sign from the Aztec gods of food? As it turns out Arepas are basically hot corn pockets filled with meat, cheeses and sauces. Mad tasty too. I really don’t know much about the people behind this but be sure to pay them a visit when you next see them.

  1. The people behind it are GORGEOUS. Veronica, Dani and Alejandro (siblings) and Meriana (Alejandro’s wife). Friendly, on the ball and passionate about what they do; get to know them.
